Marketing Support Executive should have knowledge of E-commerce Industry. He/She be capable to Find and Appoint Franchisees, Business Prospects. He/She have basic knowledge of Hyper local Online Grocery business knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Support & Execution:
-
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across platforms (website, email, social media, Google, etc.).
-
Coordinate promotional activities, offers, and discounts across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website).
-
Update banners, product descriptions, pricing, and campaign creatives as needed.
2. Content & Product Listing Support:
-
Help in preparing and uploading product listings, including descriptions, images, prices, and tags.
-
Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives for campaigns and banners.

Assist in proofreading content for accuracy and SEO optimization.
3. Social Media and Email Marketing Support:
-
Assist in scheduling posts and stories across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Support email marketing efforts by helping with content, list segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.

Track social media engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
4. Coordination with Sales, Design & Operations Teams:
-
Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments for smooth campaign execution.

Follow up with vendors, delivery partners, or warehouse teams regarding stock availability for promotions.
5. Market & Competitor Research:
-
Conduct basic research on market trends, competitor campaigns, and customer behavior.

Prepare competitor price comparison charts and highlight areas for improvement or opportunity.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
-
Assist in tracking performance of digital campaigns (traffic, CTR, conversion, ROI).

Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Google Analytics, Excel, or other tools.

Monitor KPIs like page views, bounce rates, email open rates, and product performance.
7. Customer Feedback & Review Management:
-
Monitor and report customer reviews and ratings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Coordinate with customer support for responding to online feedback and improving listings accordingly.
