Job Description
- PROFILE – MARKETING SUPPORT
- Looking for someone who will assist in carrying out promotional marketing activities for the company.
- Identifying Customers for new markets
- Developing a customer list for new markets
- Understanding the target market & searching for prospective customers from various sources
- Interacting with Customers
- Contacting the prospective companies to find the relevant contact for us
- Introducing our company and sharing basic product information
- Gathering information required by us
- Preparing a final customer list with all details captured
- Customer Database Management
- Organizing and updating the Customer Database
- Taking Backups and synchronizing the database with CRM
- Identifying & collecting information on all relevant:-
- Industrial Trade Fairs
- Industrial Magazines
- Online Directories
- Managing profile on all online directories
- Educational Qualifications – Graduate
- Communication – Hindi (Verbal) & English (Both Verbal & Written).
- Computer Skills – Should be well versed with Microsoft Office( Excel, Word) and tech-savy.
- Experience – Prior experience in a call center or an executive assistant would be preferred
- Salary – 12000 to 13000 per month, CTC
