We are hiring enthusiastic and confident female candidates for the position of Marketing Telecalling Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, a pleasant speaking voice, and the ability to clearly convey information to potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling and Lead Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or cold leads.

Speak clearly and confidently in Tamil to introduce the company, its services/products, and their benefits.

Engage with clients politely, professionally, and persuasively to generate interest.

Answer any basic questions or doubts the client may have and provide accurate information.

Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.
2. Client Communication and Follow-up:

Maintain daily call logs and follow up on previous inquiries or leads.

Send follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, or SMS as needed to interested clients.

Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the field sales team if required.

Ensure timely communication and reminders for leads who have shown interest.
3. Information Delivery and Query Resolution:

Clearly explain service features, benefits, offers, and pricing structures in a simplified manner.

Ensure all client queries are addressed or escalated to the concerned department promptly.

Keep up-to-date knowledge about the company’s products or services to confidently handle questions.
4. CRM and Record Maintenance:

Update the internal customer database/CRM with correct contact details and call statuses.

Keep track of follow-up dates and ensure timely re-engagement.

Prepare daily or weekly call reports for management review.
5. Team Coordination and Support:

Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on client communication.

Share client insights or objections to help improve scripts or communication strategies.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and review discussions.
Qualifications and Eligibility:

Gender: Female candidates only

Language: Must have excellent communication skills in Tamil (spoken). Basic English or Hindi is an added advantage.

Education: Any qualification (10th pass, 12th pass, Diploma, Graduate – all accepted)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
