Job Description
- Educate customers about Insurance.
- Execute inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Book insurance business on the systems. Training will be provided.
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the most relevant insurance policies. Educate customers on insurance needs and benefits.
- Issue Insurance policies from Insurance company portals such as HDFC Ergo PIE.
- Coordinate with Sales/ BD teams at insurance companies for any issues, concerns, and customer needs.
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell insurance to customers.
- Maintain leads and sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in Insurance & Sales from Insurance agencies or brokers are strongly preferred.
- Should have demonstrated knowledge of current insurance trends and issuing policies on Insurer’s portal.
- Existing relationships with clients where this person can bring in new business immediately.
