Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate Leads.

• Answer inbound calls from customers or clients regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, or general information.

• Understand the services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved in the company's database or CRM system.

• Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistent and professional communication with customers.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas or targets set by the company.

• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude during interactions with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to support business objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in communication, sales, or customer service is a plus.

• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role may be required.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the target market.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
