Marketing Telecalling Executive
Job Description
Working Hours: 9-hour shift (including break)
Salary: Attractive fixed salary + High Incentives (Up to 6-digit earnings possible)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Telecalling Executive to join our growing financial services team. The primary role will be to call prospective customers, explain personal loan products, guide them through the entire loan application process, and ensure successful loan disbursement. This is a high-energy role that requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a goal-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers using the provided leads database.

Connect with salaried and self-employed individuals who may be eligible for personal loans.

Understand the customer’s financial needs and explain relevant loan options, eligibility, benefits, and repayment terms.
2. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups:

Answer customer queries professionally and convincingly over the phone.

Follow up regularly with interested customers until the loan process is completed.

Maintain daily call records, update customer interaction history in CRM systems, and track conversion status.
3. Loan Process Coordination:

Assist customers in collecting and submitting required documents (e.g., ID proof, salary slips, bank statements, etc.).

Coordinate with internal teams (loan operations, verification, credit, disbursement) to ensure smooth and fast processing.

Guide customers through verification steps and disbursement timelines.
4. Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Drive conversions through effective communication and persuasion.

Maximize incentive earnings by closing high-ticket personal loan cases.
5. Customer Experience:

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions.

Ensure transparency and honesty while explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.

Resolve concerns or objections professionally to build customer trust.
