Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or generated leads.

Promote the company’s products or services through scripted or customized pitches.

Understand customer requirements and interests to effectively suggest suitable offerings.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Respond to incoming calls from prospects or clients and resolve queries regarding products, services, or campaigns.

Offer appropriate information and escalate complex inquiries to senior staff if necessary.
3. Follow-ups and Relationship Building:
-
Conduct timely follow-ups on previous calls or inquiries to nurture leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business or referrals.
4. Data Entry and CRM Updates:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, responses, lead status, and other relevant customer details in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

Tag call outcomes appropriately (interested, not interested, follow-up, callback, etc.).
5. Campaign Support and Reporting:

Support the marketing team in executing telecalling campaigns for new launches, promotions, or surveys.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call logs, conversions, and campaign performance.

Share feedback from customers to help improve service delivery and marketing strategies.
6. Sales Support:

Set up appointments or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

Provide basic product knowledge, pricing, and benefit information to generate interest.

Meet daily/weekly calling targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management.
7. Customer Engagement:

Handle objections or concerns in a professional manner and maintain a positive customer experience.

Educate customers about ongoing offers, discounts, or upcoming services to maximize conversions.
