Position Overview:
A Marketing Trainee is an entry-level role designed to provide recent graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on experience in the field of marketing. Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).

Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, partners, or external vendors as needed.
2. Digital Marketing

Support social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Assist with content scheduling, performance monitoring, and responding to user engagement.

Contribute to blog writing, video scripts, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Help maintain and update the company’s website or e-commerce platform using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
3. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and consumer trend studies.

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing research findings and campaign performance (e.g., using Excel, Google Analytics, or marketing dashboards).

Gather customer feedback through surveys, polls, and other tools to understand needs and preferences.
4. Event and Campaign Coordination

Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, webinars, or product launches.

Help with logistical planning, coordination of materials, and on-site or virtual support.

Collect feedback after events and prepare summary reports.
5. Content Creation and Design Assistance

Collaborate on the creation of marketing visuals and content under the guidance of designers or content specialists.

Help develop basic graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar platforms.

Proofread marketing materials for grammar, branding consistency, and clarity.
6. Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Maintain marketing files, records, and asset libraries in an organized manner.

Track inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, and supplies.
