RequirementsEducational Qualification: MBA/BBA or any degree with relevant business development experience.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication with strong presentation and client interaction skills.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
Leadership Ability: Experience in mentoring junior executives and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, revenue growth, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and networking.
- Present and promote the company's research and technical services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful conversion.
- Coordinate with technical, CRM, and production teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business targets.
- Support and guide junior business development team members.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month based on experience and performance. Final salary will be determined during the interview process and negotiated after the final interview round.
