Qualification: Pass in VIII Standard or its equivalent on the date of notification.
(a) The conduct, character and antecedents of the applicant must be good and suitable in all respects for appointment to the service. The candidates shortlisted for Oral Test shall produce a certificate of character and conduct from two responsible persons not related to him, in the format prescribed The persons certifying shall be residing/working in the locality where the candidate resides/works and are well acquainted with the applicant in his/her personal life
(b) The applicant must be a person of sound health and clean habits. No person will be appointed as a member of the Service unless he is in good mental and physical health except a person who is claiming reservation under ‘The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Act’, 2016.
(c) A candidate for appointment shall be,—
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, or East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia with theintention of permanently settling in India: Provided that a candidate specified in clauses (b),(c) and (d) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been given bythe Government. (Certificate should be uploaded)
(d) The applicant shall obtain and submit Experience Certificate if any in the format prescribed in from the employer under whom/office in which he is working / worked and gained experience.
