Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Massage Therapy & Treatments

Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone, Thai massage, and other specialized therapies.

Customize massage sessions based on client needs, health conditions, and preferences.

Help clients with pain relief, muscle relaxation, improved flexibility, and stress management.
-
Maintain proper technique, pressure, and consistency throughout the session.
2. Client Care & Consultation
-
Conduct initial consultations to understand client concerns, medical history, and therapy goals.

Recommend suitable treatments, therapy plans, and relaxation techniques.

Provide aftercare advice, including stretching exercises, hydration, and relaxation tips.

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
3. Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness
-
Maintain high hygiene standards in treatment rooms, massage tables, linens, and equipment.

Follow sanitation protocols and safety guidelines strictly.
-
Use quality oils, creams, and wellness products suitable for different skin types.
-
Ensure client privacy and comfort throughout the therapy session.
4. Operational Support
-
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth client flow.

Maintain client records including treatment history and progress reports.

Assist in product promotion and spa packages to increase sales and client retention.

Collaborate with colleagues and support wellness events, workshops, and promotions.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Knowledge of different massage techniques and therapeutic practices.

Understanding of human anatomy, pressure points, and muscle functions.

Experience using spa tools, hot stones, oils, and relaxation products.

Ability to identify client-specific issues and customize treatment plans.
