Job Overview
A Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments to clients, promoting wellness, and enhancing their overall physical and mental health. The role involves assessing clients’ needs, recommending suitable massage techniques, and creating personalized treatment plans.
Massage Therapists work in spas, wellness centers, gyms, luxury hotels, physiotherapy clinics, or healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Assessment and Consultation

3. Wellness and Relaxation

Promote overall wellness by helping clients reduce stress, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.

Educate clients about posture, stretching exercises, and relaxation techniques for long-term benefits.

Suggest complementary therapies, spa treatments, or wellness programs where applicable.
4. Hygiene and Safety

Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment room and equipment.

Follow proper sanitation protocols before and after each session.

Ensure fresh linens, sanitized tools, and a clean environment at all times.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent injuries and infections.
5. Customer Service and Relationship Management
