Required Massage Therapist in Mumbai. Only Female Candidates required. No male. Freshers also welcome. Urgently required. kindly send email .

Key Responsibilities:

Therapeutic Massage Services:
- Perform professional massage services customized to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Apply various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and trigger point therapy.
- Evaluate the condition and needs of each client to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Modify techniques based on client feedback, physical condition, and preferences.
- Maintain client comfort and modesty throughout the session, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment.
Client Consultation and Care:
- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ health history, lifestyle, pain levels, and treatment goals.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing treatment plans, including massage frequency and complementary therapies.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and techniques they can use at home for self-care.
- Monitor and document each session, tracking client progress and any changes in physical condition.
Sanitation and Safety:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room before and after each session.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of both clients and practitioners.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols and proper disposal of materials.
- Ensure all massage equipment, linens, and tools are properly cleaned and stored.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong, respectful relationships with clients built on trust and professionalism.
- Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and local health regulations.
- Encourage client loyalty through personalized service and professional demeanor.
Business Operations Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, taking payments, and updating client records.
- Promote massage services and wellness packages to support business growth and client retention.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals (chiropractors, physical therapists, estheticians, etc.) when appropriate.
- Participate in marketing efforts, special events, or community outreach activities when needed.
