Responsibilities:

•  Have a clear understanding of the contents to be delivered to the learners and the progression of different concepts across grades.
  
• Make detailed lesson plans for the concepts to be delivered in a format prescribed by the program.
  
•  Have a deep understanding of their learners, their learning styles and their pace of learning.
  
• Incorporate different learning methodologies, medium and methods to accommodate children with different learning styles and pace of learners.
  
• Provide various entry points to a particular concept to enable Children to understand single concept in different ways.
  
• Encourage genuine interest and curiosity in the subject among the Children through personal passion, love and expertise for the subject
  
• Create opportunities to understand concepts through hands on experiences and provide linkages to real life situations
  
• Provide ample opportunities to construct the understanding of concepts than simply delivering it and ensuring that the learners are confident at explaining and rationalizing the concepts acquired.
