Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Delivery

Plan, prepare, and deliver structured math lessons aligned with the national or school-specific curriculum.

Cover topics appropriate to the grade level, such as basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, trigonometry, or calculus.

Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Incorporate real-life applications of mathematics to enhance relevance and engagement.

Integrate technology (e.g., calculators, software, online platforms) to support learning and instruction.
2. Classroom Management
-
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and active participation.

Establish clear rules, routines, and expectations for student behavior and academic work.

Maintain discipline and address disruptive behavior using school-approved strategies.

Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
3. Assessment and Evaluation

Design and administer quizzes, tests, assignments, and exams to evaluate student progress.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and performance.

Track and record student grades and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with school policy.

Use assessment data to identify learning gaps and plan targeted interventions.
4. Student Support and Mentoring
