Job Description
Location: Royapettah, Chennai (WFO)(Preferring candidates in and around Chennai or candidates willing to relocate)
Experience required: 1–4 years teaching Mathematics in State Board/CBSE schools or creating content in EdTech companies.
Qualification: MSc in Mathematics (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop structured worksheets, concept-driven question sets, and scripts/storyboards for Mathematics video lessons for Classes 9 and 10.
- Ensure all content is fully aligned with the Class 9 & 10 curriculum (State Board/CBSE).
- Maintain high standards of mathematical accuracy and adopt effective teaching methodologies in every resource created.
- Collaborate with the video production team to craft scripts that are engaging, easy to follow, and visually clear.
- Create illustrative examples, step-by-step problem-solving explanations, and real-life application scenarios to support student learning.
- Review, refine, and update content based on feedback from teachers, subject experts, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts into accessible, student-friendly explanations.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience in developing learning materials, question banks, and student-focused resources is an advantage.
