MBA/BBA for Inside Sales, Digital Marketing and US Recruiter Roles

We are pleased to announce that TrilogyOne Technologies is hiring MBA or BBA freshers for the following positions/roles for our India office in Kondapur, Hyderabad. TrilogyOne is an IT services organization working in niche and cutting edge Big Data Intelligence and Analytics area. We are a proud partner of market leading products in Big Data Integration, Cloud Data Warehouse, Customer Analytics and AI.

• You are adept at understanding the needs of the potential customers in the Data Integration, Data Warehouse and Customer Analytics area
  
• Using the latest sales tools like InsideView, LinkedIn etc., you will research and identify potential companies that need help in the above technologies and identify the contacts in those companies
  
• Using the latest sales tools, like HubSpot, SalesLoft etc., you will reach out to the contacts using email, phone and social channels. You will generate interest and bring the prospects to the table as leads
  
• You will update the CRM system and handing off interested leads to the Business Development Manager with all relevant research information

• You will contribute to managing the social channels of TrilogyOne: Website, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook pages increasing the social reputation
  
• You will contribute to the SEO and track the Google analytics on a weekly basis
  
• Using the latest content marketing tools like Feedly, Hootsuite etc., you will contribute to the content curation and promotion
  
• Using social selling platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will reach out to potential customers and social influencers to engage with them and generate leads
  
• You will contribute to running the paid ad campaigns in LinkedIn or other channels and tracking the progress
  
• You will contribute to creating compelling landing pages for campaigns and monthly newsletters
  

• You will be a social connector. You will be the person who helps companies find their dream candidates, and candidates find their dream companies
  
• You will engage with the best and brightest of talent across the world and help them find their next career break
  
• You will understand the position a company is trying to fill, find talent from multiple sources, initiate conversations with them, gauge their suitability for the position, get them interested in the position and then submit the candidate to the client
  
• You will use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants
  
• You will be tasked with finding top talent in the IT specifically in Big Data Integration, Analytics technologies, and your success will directly impact the company's ability to deliver excellence to the clients
  

• No prior experience is required. But aptitude, attitude and the right communication skills are important. You will be a perfect fit, if:

• All positions are for Night Shift (7pm to 4:30am IST), five days a week (Monday to Friday)
  

• TrilogyOne offers base pay and excellent incentives and quarterly performance bonuses
  
• A base pay CTC of Rs. 15,000 per month during probation period of 6 months
  
• A base pay CTC of Rs. 20,000 per month after successful completion of probation period
  
• Monthly incentives starting from first month based on the targets achieved every month
  
• Quarterly bonuses starting from first quarter based on the targets achieved every quarter
