Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Compliance Monitoring and Review Support

    • Support healthcare compliance monitoring activities, including meals monitoring, expense review, and related pre-review processes.

    • Review transaction details, supporting documents, attendee information, and relevant data fields to identify potential exceptions or follow-up items.

    • Assist in tracking open review items and following up with relevant stakeholders to support timely closure.

    • Help ensure monitoring activities are performed consistently, accurately, and in line with established procedures.

  2. Expense, Meals and Concur Review

    • Use Concur to review expense reports, meal-related transactions, supporting receipts, attendee details, and related documentation.

    • Identify incomplete, inconsistent, or unusual information requiring further review.

    • Support review of expense and meal transactions involving healthcare professionals, government officials, or other relevant external parties, where applicable.

  3. Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Use Excel and Power BI to prepare, update, and analyse monitoring data.

    • Assist with data extraction, reconciliation, validation, and trend analysis.

    • Support preparation of dashboards, trackers, status updates, and management reporting.

    • Perform basic data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of monitoring files.

  4. SharePoint / Tracker Management

    • Maintain and update monitoring trackers, SharePoint Lists, and other team repositories.

    • Ensure information is accurately recorded, updated, and organised for team review.

    • Support document management, evidence retention, and audit trail maintenance.

  5. Stakeholder Coordination

    • Work with Compliance, Data Analytics, and regional business teams to obtain clarifications and resolve review items.

    • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.

    • Escalate issues or unusual matters to the team lead in a timely manner.

  6. Process Improvement and Team Support

    • Support process documentation, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Contribute ideas to improve review efficiency, data accuracy, and monitoring workflows.

    • Work collaboratively as part of the Pre-Review Team and support team members during workload transitions.

  7. Prior experience performing some form of audit, review, monitoring, or control testing, such as:

    • Expense audit

    • Meals monitoring

    • Compliance monitoring

    • Internal controls review

    • Transaction testing

    • Documentation review

  8. Functional working knowledge of Concur.

  9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

  10. Familiarity with Power BI, including dashboards, data review, or report usage.

  11. Experience using SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, or other workflow / tracking tools.

  12. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.

  13. Good written and verbal communication skills.

  14. Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

  15. Comfortable working in a regional or cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior exposure to the med-tech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical device industry.

  • Basic understanding of healthcare compliance principles, including interactions with healthcare professionals and third parties.

  • Awareness of FCPA, anti-bribery / anti-corruption principles, and healthcare industry codes such as AdvaMed or equivalent industry standards.

  • Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audit, risk review, third-party review, or investigations support.

  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation or exception analysis.

  • Prior experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
