1. Designing Medical Implants from Sample.
2. Understand nuances of similar products from application perspective and apply to designed product
3. Create, update and maintain Repository of Part catalog Number designed.
4. Create CAM program of designed program.
5. Design and Develop Tooling for designed part.
6. Create Product Labelling files for the part.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering
Skill-
1. Ability to model complex surfaces on 3D Cad.
2. Good physical model making abilities. Use of clay, Pop, Tape to visualise models.
3. Use of 3D CAM. Part setting , Work Offsets.
4. Practical Understanding of Machining, Banding processes and associated Machinery for the same.
5. Understanding of GDT, surface Finish, Pre finish and Final Finishing Surfaces
