Job Description
- Develop fixtures to reduce touch time, repeatability and automation.
- Choose and interface with vendors for low cost and high performance.
- Execute mechanical design solutions for high quality electronic medical devices.
- Package, design for manufacturability and develop supply chain for products.
- Assess and plan approach method and sort means to achieve problems’ solution.
- Analyze and test to verify new designs, methods, materials and process.
- Use MCAD software and 3D modeling to develop electromechanical system designs.
- Develop thermal management and environmental requirements solutions.
- Offer conceptual modules using MCAD depicting construction techniques.
- Exhibit creativity, functional simplicity and design excellence.
- Create cost effective designs exceeding customer expectations.
- Analyze, select component and offer product structure organization.
- Interact with internal resources and vendors to support prototype fabrication, assembly and validation testing.
- Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.
