Mechanical Engineer Jobs Opening in A Client of Freshersworld at Jalandhar
Job Description
Looking for 2021-2023 passed-out candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Led design, fabrication, and build of test set-ups and test equipment used by design and test engineering groups.
Support in building, modifying, and verifying engineering prototype samples,
Support Ed, DV, and PV testing by conducting tests and documenting results as needed.
Provide support in troubleshooting warranty returns as needed.
Manage equipment and prototype component inventory in the engineering center.
Manage equipment calibration and repair by outside vendors.
Perform detailed work assignments provided by the mentor or team member, by applying established and well-defined engineering techniques
Work assignments primarily involve entry-level or intermediate work.
Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. Ensures that facilities are in full compliance with all safety regulations.
Maintains regular attendance.
Follows safe work procedures Uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Uses workplace tools and equipment as instructed Reports workplace hazards, injuries and illness as soon as possible following the event.
Complies with the requirements of a Quality Operating System
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of mechanical fabrication tasks using power tools.
Knowledge of material joining techniques (soldering, brazing, welding).
Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Working knowledge of common laboratory equipment.
Knowledge of testing techniques.
Knowledge in structured problem-solving techniques (8D).
