Job Description
Designation: Mechanical Engineer
Looking for 2021-2023 passed-out candidates
Responsibilities:
• Execute Preventive maintenance jobs across the plant
• Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyze the reason for failures
• Grievance handling of subordinates
• Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines
• Implement energy conservation projects
• Co-ordinate with production, technical and planning department for smooth work flow
• Plan and execute Improvement plans
• Maintain discipline in the shop floor
• Provide training to workmen
• Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section / zone
• Achieve profit centre norms
• Spares management
• Man management of maintenance crew
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
Skills:

- Time management skills
- Work ethic
- Teamwork
- Leadership skills.
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm
