Job Description
Production & Planning
-
Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules
-
Coordinate with shop-floor teams to ensure timely production
-
Monitor workflow, material availability, and output timelines
-
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Design & Technical Support
-
Prepare and modify mechanical drawings as required (AutoCAD or similar tools)
-
Assist in design clarifications and technical documentation
-
Support product development and customization when needed
Sales Support
-
Assist in closing sales by providing technical inputs and product explanations
-
Coordinate with clients and internal teams on product specifications, feasibility, and timelines
Team & Manpower Management
-
Identify manpower requirements based on production workload
-
Assist in hiring technicians, operators, and shop-floor staff as per operational needs
-
Guide and coordinate daily activities of the production team
Inventory & Records
-
Maintain stock and inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
-
Track inward and outward movement of materials
-
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
General Operations
-
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety practices
-
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
-
Support management with operational and production reports
-
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical skills may apply)
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drawing software
-
Basic understanding of production processes and inventory management
-
Experience in coordinating and guiding technicians, helpers, and operators
-
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
-
Willingness to work full-time on-site at Khopoli
