Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Develop prototypes and test mechanical components for performance and safety.
Optimize product designs for cost, durability, and efficiency.
2. Manufacturing & Production Support
Assist in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes.
Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards (ISO, ASME).
Improve production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
Develop preventive maintenance plans for machinery and equipment.
Ensure safety and compliance in operations.
4. Project Management & Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, designers, and vendors.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems.
5. Research & Development (R&D)
Stay updated with emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.
Experiment with new materials, designs, and manufacturing techniques.
Contribute to innovation and process improvement projects.
