Job Description
Looking for 2021-2023 passed out candidates
Qualification :- B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Role And Responsibilities:-
Prepare using 2D and 3D CAD software mechanical drawings, thermodynamic analysis, detailed drawings and assembly models complete with calculated dimensions and tolerances.
Designing, Maintenance, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify a more efficient and cost-effective facility layout.
Developing solutions to specific production issues.
Improving manufacturing efficiency, Designing and installing equipment
Detailed mechanical, structural design of enclosures for GEHC products like X-ray, Lunar.
This includes defining standardized components to be used by product teams.
Leverages knowledge in advanced aspects of technical/functional areas and applies technical theory and practical experience with input from relevant functional areas to solve complex problems with cross functional and product teams to implement.
Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
Provide project leadership while working with cross-functional teams to implement standardized components in Installed base and NPI programs
Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support
Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
Work from product specifications and requirements to develop component and assembly geometry, specify materials, and establish acceptable performance standards.
Performs complex calculations, analyses, and testing to verify assumptions.
Develop & maintain GEHC component technology roadmaps, based on industry trends and GEHC requirements.
Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
Actively collaborate with modality engineering teams, Imaging platform teams, sourcing, and service to advance common Mechanical roadmaps.
Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
Closely work with Industrial Design team to define road map of Branding keeping Engineering implementation & manufacturability
Reviewing quality standards, Collaborating with other engineers
Developing detailed layouts for equipment and processes, Maintaining process and product database
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
