Looking for 2021-2023 passed out candidates
Education: - BE/ B. Tech with any Mechanical Engineering-related specialization.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate mechanical product specifications.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable handling.
Assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.
Manufacturing Methods- DfX (Manufacturing, assembly, safety, ergonomics), Material Selection
Domain- Vacuum and gas flow systems, Physical Vapor Deposition,
Prototyping- design validation through testing, understanding of reliability testing, technical documentation
Assist in establishing standards across all operational processes.
Participate in review engineering and help with documentation.
Responsible for the design integrity of projects and products
Build a detailed design for projects using both standard products and client-specific requirements
Conduct engineering studies for customers
Assist proposal team with review of customer specifications, the suggestion of existing and new technical solutions
Execute engineering projects
Occasionally take part in Factory Acceptance Tests or in the installation and commissioning of systems
Through the service, teams provide expert support to customers
Suggest or support research and development projects for automated laboratories
Work with our partners, vendors and manufacturers
Support technical development of members within the team
Constantly increase the efficiency of the engineering team by developing design standards /guides, guide specifications, and design control procedures
Train customers in the operation and maintenance of systems
Analyze complex design problems requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures
Build engineering designs and drawings including 3D and 2D modeling
Perform mechanical calculations and simulations
Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the companyâÂÂs operational activities
