Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Job Description:-
Managing preventive and shift activities to ensure equipment availability and meet safety & environmental standards.
Ensure optimum use of consumables in Shifts.
Designing the structure, sourcing raw materials, assembling, fitting, and fixing the structure as per design.
Having experience in heavy industry like Steel, Aluminium and cement.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Maintenance Of PTM,EOT,POT. Knowledge in, Gearbox, Cylinders, Coupling, Fasteners, Lubrication, Bearings.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product
Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
Maintenance Of PTM,EOT,POT. Knowledge in, Gearbox, Cylinders, Coupling, Fasteners, Lubrication, Bearings.
Preferred knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulics, compressor
Experience in ensuring EHS requirements for the area under supervision
Cost and Inventory Control Experience
The smooth operation of already installed machines and being in touch with the latest technology for giving optimum industrial solutions.
Zero wastage of resources.
Experience in ensuring EHS requirements for the area under supervision.
Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
Ensure safe working conditions for equipment and people.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Ensure that all safety &environmental controls, and operational procedures adhere to.
Minimize the risk of accidents and maintain discipline in line with the management policies
Meeting the environmental norms as per standards
Testing and maintenance of the manufactured machines and after-sales maintenance and support.
Preferred knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulics, compressor
Manufacturing in industrial automation.
