Job Description
Looking for 2021-2023 passed out candidates
Qualification:-
B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities :-
Perform engineering analysis under general supervision
Design or modify mechanical engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope under general supervision
Perform and document engineering tests under general supervision
Generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product release under general supervision
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and data acquisition systems
Coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve moderately complex technical issues
Knowledge on selection of flow components like Solenoid valves, Mass flow controllers etc.
Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate difficultly under general supervision
Implement concepts of moderate product issues and mechanical solutions of moderate difficulty
Knowledge Mechatronics, Python coding is an added advantage
May be responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle
Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Knowledge of design, development, and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and test stands.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Knowledge in documentation, release process, reliability testing
Problem identification and troubleshooting a variety of difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision
Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering test plans and test reports with limited supervision
Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers. Generate mechanical product specifications.
Obsolescence process, Identifying alternate components, spec comparison, customer support for field issues, Interaction with suppliers
Worked on projects from requirement to final product release (requirements gathering, concept design, detailed design, prototyping and testing) and maintenance.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Transfer design concept into design specifications, applying principles of mechanical engineering.
Specification study and literature survey of the mechanical system and prepare the feasibility report based on existing literature.
Design the mechanical system by performing design calculations based on the given inputs and assumptions.
Verification of the design calculations through structural analysis.
Optimization of the concept as per the mechanical design, analysis results and modify the design and preparation of the design report.
Component and assembly draft drawing creation.
Preparation of Bill of Materials and establishing the manufacturing methodologies.
Communicate with the manufacturer and vendors and realize the hardware.
Take part in the necessary inward and outward inspection and draft the inspection procedures for the components.
Involve in the assembly, testing and qualification of the components meeting the required specifications.
Documentation for design reviews.
Conduct a quality check of all documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information and calculations.
