Job Description
- Machine design support, Machine assembly , CNC testing , PLC programing
- Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components according to engineering
- drawings, layouts, and technical instructions.
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and tolerance of precision parts.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, assembly diagrams, and technical manuals accurately.
- Identify part dimensions, tolerances, and required assembly sequence.
- Operate and maintain machine like AG4/ AG7 grinding machines, Universal milling
- machine, surface grinding machines, radial drilling machine, and lathe machine.
- Operate and maintain precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers,
- micrometers, dial gauges, bore gauges, and height gauges.
- Ensure measurement accuracy and maintain calibration records.
- Perform hand fitting, filing, drilling, tapping, grinding, and minor machining operations as
- needed to achieve precise fits.
- Adjust, align, and test components for smooth operation.
- Maintain assembly records, inspection checklists, and work completion reports.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams for design or process improvements.
