Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or industrial machinery.
- Experience with compliance standards (e.g., BIS, ISO, CE) is desirable.
- Exposure to PLC-based systems, servo motors, and industrial protocols is advantageous.
- Design and develop mechanical systems for automation, including actuators, conveyors, robotic arms, and custom tooling.
- Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs using SOLIDWORKS CAD tools.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance, manufacturability, and integration with automation controls.
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and production teams to ensure system-wide compatibility.
- Conduct design validation, tolerance analysis, and prototype testing.
- Independently manage design tasks from concept to release, including documentation and revision control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and automation technologies.

It is segregated into different units such as sales department, electrical section, R&D, CNC milling machine department, accounts department, assembly section, programming section, fabrication department, etc. Also, each and every department or section is outfitted with technologically advanced machines for completing our orders of Automatic Coil Inserting Machine, Cutting Machine, etc., on-time without letting their quality being compromised.
