A. Project Management

Plan, organize, and execute company-driven technical workshops, exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to manage event logistics.

Ensure branding, marketing, and technical demonstrations are executed flawlessly.

Act as the point of contact for sponsors, industry partners, and participants.

Coordinate with internal departments to manage event schedules and technical requirements.

Ensure smooth flow of information between teams, vendors, and management.

Resource & Vendor Management

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for cost-effective event planning.

Oversee venue selection, material procurement, and setup activities.

Work closely with design, R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency.
