Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development
- Design and develop mechanical systems, machines, and components.
- Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or other CAD software for design and drafting.
- Perform simulations and stress analysis to test product durability.
Manufacturing & Production
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve system performance.
- Ensure all mechanical parts meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Testing & Maintenance
- Conduct tests and inspections on machinery and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and recommend improvements.
Project Management & Documentation
- Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare technical reports, manuals, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and civil engineers.
