Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
-
Assist in designing mechanical components and systems using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).

Support product development by creating prototypes and 3D models.
-
Perform engineering calculations, including stress analysis and thermal analysis.
-
Modify and optimize existing mechanical designs to improve performance and manufacturability.
2. Testing & Analysis
-
Conduct experiments and collect data for mechanical systems.
-
Analyze test results and generate reports on performance, efficiency, and durability.
-
Assist in failure analysis and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
3. Manufacturing & Production Support
-
Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
-
Work on process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
-
Assist in material selection and evaluate the feasibility of different manufacturing techniques.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, test procedures, and assembly instructions.
-
Maintain engineering records, drawings, and specifications.
-
Assist in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mechanical systems.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and departments such as electrical, software, and manufacturing.

Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for design improvements.
