Mechanical engineer required for a startup automobile company focused on alternative fuel technologies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer
2. Experience with hydrogen fuel systems and fuel cells
3. Knowledge of high-pressure gas storage, piping, and valves
4. Understanding of automotive systems and powertrain integration
5. Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, and Creo)
6. Familiarity with hydrogen safety standards and handling procedures
7. Experience in testing, prototyping, and system validation
8. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
9. Familiarity with simulation tools (ANSYS and CFD) is an advantage
10. Understanding of automotive regulations and compliance
