Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer - Trainee to join our Sales, Marketing, and Tendering team. This entry-level position is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who wish to build their career at the intersection of engineering and business. The trainee will receive hands-on training and exposure in product sales, customer relationship management, preparing tender documents, and marketing strategies specific to mechanical engineering products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support for Sales

3. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to suggest improvements in marketing strategies.

Assist in preparing reports on market demand, sales performance, and customer insights for management.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Respond promptly to customer queries regarding product capabilities, prices, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

5. Sales and Marketing Support

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Knowledge:
