Job Description
1. Work on design and testing of EV subsystems
2. Perform engineering calculations related to the component application and its working
3. Build and simulate the subsystem components for structural simulation and analyze the result
4. Deliver the final CAD model of the design with manufacturing drawings according to industry standards
5. Perform FMEA analysis of subsystems
6. Create production documents such as bills of materials, assembly drawings, etc.
7. Work on the manufacturing of EV prototype and in-house assembling of components
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Feb'21 and 3rd Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have strong knowledge of mechanical parts, assemblies, and computer-aided design
2. Should have a strong background in finite element analysis concepts and software implementation
3. Should have a strong foundation in solid mechanics, strength of materials and machine element design
4. Should have prior hands-on project experience in design model fabrication
5. Should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and its application
6. Should have good knowledge of geometric dimensioning and Tolerancing, engineering drawings and bill of materials
7. Time management, planning, and regular progress reporting
8. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
9. Good to have proficiency in Solidworks & ANSYS, Should have worked in EV and IOT related projects
10. Active involvement in Formula SAE, Baja, and Moto Student competition projects will be an added advantage
11. Able to adopt a flexible approach to complete workload to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes
