Job Description
- Mechanical Engineering Degree with a minimum of one year of teaching experience in any engineering institution as a faculty is preferred.
- Fluency In English, Kannada, and computer literature.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply and interview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver lectures on core Mechanical Engineering subjects such as:

Engineering Mechanics
-
Thermodynamics
-
Strength of Materials
-
Fluid Mechanics
-
Heat Transfer
-
Manufacturing Processes
-
Machine Design
-
Engineering Drawing / CAD
-

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and presentation slides
-
Conduct classroom, lab sessions, tutorials, and workshops in line with academic schedules
2. Practical Training & Lab Management
-
Supervise and guide students during lab experiments and practical sessions
-
Ensure all safety protocols and equipment handling standards are followed
-
Maintain lab manuals, machine logbooks, and consumable stock records
3. Student Mentoring & Evaluation
-
Assist and mentor students in academic performance and project work
-
Evaluate assignments, internal tests, viva, and practicals as per institute norms
-
Guide students for mini-projects, final year projects, and technical competitions
4. Curriculum & Syllabus Adherence
-
Follow AICTE/University/Board-prescribed syllabus and academic policies
-
Support in designing question papers, lab assessments, and internal evaluation methods
-
Participate in syllabus revision workshops or faculty development programs
5. Academic Coordination & Quality Control
-
Attend departmental meetings, faculty reviews, and training sessions
-
Maintain student attendance and academic performance records
-
Support in NAAC, NBA, or ISO documentation (if applicable)
