Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of mechanical principles

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install machinery and mechanical systems according to specifications and blueprints.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning components and systems.
Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as needed.
Fabricate and modify parts using machine tools and welding equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to identify and implement improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Familiarity with welding and fabrication techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
