Job Description
-
Assist senior engineers and production staff in daily operational activities.

Support troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.
-
Help diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and machine problems.
-
Install and commission machines at customer sites.
-
Identify and resolve machine-related technical issues.
-
Prepare and maintain Daily Service Reports and Daily Work Reports.
-
Maintain technical documentation such as IQ, OQ, DQ, PQ, SAT, and FAT and explain the same to clients when required.
-
Conduct machine trials to ensure proper functionality.
-
Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at factory and client locations.
-
Prepare documentation and reports related to FAT and SAT activities.
-
Support production and assembly operations when required.
-
Collect and analyze information or videos of other machinery from clients for reference and improvement.
-
Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers and clients.
-
Handle critical situations and technical problems efficiently.
-
Basic knowledge of production machinery and troubleshooting.
-
Understanding of machine installation and commissioning.
-
Knowledge of FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, and PQ documentation.
-
Good communication and client-handling skills.
-
Problem-solving and analytical ability.
