Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of mechanical machines/systems at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions. Replace faulty parts, perform alignments, and ensure smooth machine operation. Train machine operators and clients on basic operation and maintenance. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for technical support. Travel to different customer locations (local/regional/national as required).Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. In Mechanical Engineering. Additional certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics, or service training are a plus. Skills Required: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills. Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, chains, etc. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Good problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills. Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems is a plus. Communication skills for client interaction and reporting. Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
