Job Description
We are seeking motivated and hardworking freshers for our foundry operations. Candidates from ITI, Diploma, and Degree backgrounds are welcome to apply.
ITI freshers (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Electrician, Foundry trades) should have basic practical knowledge of molding, melting, casting, fettling, grinding, and machine handling. They will support production activities, operate equipment, and maintain safety standards on the shop floor.
Diploma holders in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, or related fields should have understanding of casting processes, sand testing, furnace operations, quality inspection, and maintenance coordination. They will assist in production supervision, process monitoring, and quality control activities.
Degree graduates (B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or related streams) should possess strong technical and analytical skills. They will be involved in process improvement, defect analysis, production planning, and implementing quality and safety standards.
Candidates must be willing to work in shifts, adapt to a manufacturing environment, and demonstrate teamwork and discipline. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a strong career in the foundry and metal casting industry with hands-on experience and growth opportunities.
