Role: At‑home Collection Phlebotomist (Field e‑Medic)
Key responsibilitiesVisit patients’ homes as per assigned slots to collect blood and other samples safely using vacutainer and standard techniques.
Verify patient details, explain the test and any fasting/pre‑test instructions in simple language, and ensure comfort during the procedure.
Label all samples correctly, maintain proper documentation in app/forms, and hand over samples to hub/lab within the required time.
Follow all infection‑control, hygiene and safety protocols, including use of gloves, sanitiser and proper bio‑medical waste disposal.
Coordinate with the operations/team leader for route planning, slot confirmation, and any delays or issues at patient location.
Diploma / Degree in MLT or related field (DMLT / BMLT / MLT).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and local language; polite behaviour with patients.
Must know vacutainer sample collection and safe handling of blood samples.
Willing to travel for home visits within assigned area; two‑wheeler preferred.
Earn up to ₹35,000 per month with on‑time salary, plus benefits including ₹2,00,000 health insurance and ₹15,00,000 life insurance as part of Orange Health.
