We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated Mechanical Trainer to deliver theoretical and hands-on practical training in core mechanical engineering concepts and applications. The Mechanical Trainer will be responsible for teaching students, technicians, and working professionals about mechanical systems, workshop practices, machine maintenance, tools usage, safety standards, and emerging technologies like CNC, CAD, and industrial automation.
This role is suited for individuals with real-world mechanical experience who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping learners become job-ready. The trainer must be able to explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms and help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial expectations.
Key Responsibility:
- Conduct technical training on mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Develop and update training materials to align with industry standards.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical evaluations.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain training equipment to ensure functionality and availability for instruction.
Requirement:
- AutoCAD/diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Must have strong instructional skills and the ability to deliver technical training effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, safety procedures, and technical drawings is required.
