Roles And Responsibilities
- Read and analyse relevant print, online, broadcast and social media coverage regarding our clients, as well as their competitors and industry.
- Monitor the core media activities for the client, its competitors and the industry trends in a designated sector.
- Identifying the clients Key Media Performance Indicators – core reputation aspects, and sentiment analysis, from the journalist’s stories, reviews, and write-ups.
- Doing qualitative analysis on whether stories are favourable or detrimental to clients.
- Entering relevant data into the client database, by using the internal Media Monitoring Tools.
