Job Description
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi & Engilish
- Experience: From calling call centre with command over English.
- Objective: Should have good written communication skills
- Must be customer oriented person, with basic medical understanding.
- Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / Calls
- Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests
- keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments.
- Skill Set: Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Week: Staggering weekly off’s
- Shift Timings: 24 hours round the clock services with 9 hours
- shift timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00PM / 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00PM to 07:00 AM.
