Job Description

  • Languages: Telugu, Hindi & Engilish
  • Experience: From calling call centre with command over English.
  • Objective: Should have good written communication skills
  • Must be customer oriented person, with basic medical understanding.
Job Role: 
  • Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / Calls
  • Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments.
  • Skill Set: Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Week: Staggering weekly off’s
  • Shift Timings: 24 hours round the clock services with 9 hours 
  • shift timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00PM / 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00PM to 07:00 AM.
