CPT. It also involves HCPCS
codes that identified supplies and drugs for correct billing.
- Modifiers provide the means to report that a procedure or service performed has been altered by some specific circumstances.
- Medical Coders should review
the documentation contained in patients’ medical records and translate it into
universally accepted industry-standard medical code.
