Job Description
- We are having opening for Medical officer- CareRanger @Hospital
- Only for MALE Candidates
- Should be Flexible for complete Field Job
- Required Qualifications: BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/ BPT/BDS/ BOT/ MSC (Nursing)
- As a CareRanger, would assist patients/relatives during hospitalisation and patient discharge at the network hospital.
- Create awareness on Self-Help tools ( Mobile app/Website/SMS/Toll free )
- Connect with all associated TPAs and provide first hand customer support in respective hospital.
- Customer support between 7am to 7pm (Open for different work shift timings)Customer facing role would be an added advantage.
