  • Required Qualifications: BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/ BPT/BDS/ BOT/ MSC (Nursing)
Job Description:
  • As a CareRanger, would assist patients/relatives during hospitalisation and patient discharge at the network hospital.
  • Create awareness on Self-Help tools ( Mobile app/Website/SMS/Toll free )
  • Connect with all associated TPAs and provide first hand customer support in respective hospital.
  • Customer support between 7am to 7pm (Open for different work shift timings)Customer facing role would be an added advantage.
