Job Role: Medical Representative
1. Identify customer needs, promote products in the given area and meet sales targets.
2. Use effective selling skills to consistently close competitively for increased prescriptions.
3. Influence and develop excellent relationships with doctors, dieticians, distributors & stockists in regular frequency visits.
4. Conduct retail audits & incorporate competitive product information and marketing strategy
5. Ensure availability of products in hospital & medical shops
6. Complete & effective implementation of company strategies
7. Conduct doctor meetings, patient education programs, camps etc
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good convincing power with experience in sales & business development, ready to accept challenges and relocate within India
