Job Description
Key duties include:
- Promoting Company products and generating prescriptions.
- Achieving sales targets.

- Doctor database and relation-building activity,
- Meeting Medical and understanding Doctor Prescription Habit
Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion
-
Promote and market assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

Explain product features, clinical benefits, usage instructions, and dosage.

Provide samples, literature, brochures, and digital material to potential prescribers.

Sales and Target Achievement
-
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Monitor sales trends in your territory and develop strategies to increase prescriptions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated area.

Doctor and Client Interaction

Visit doctors (general practitioners, specialists, surgeons, etc.) as per daily or weekly call plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.

Arrange appointments, conduct one-on-one meetings, and provide follow-ups.

Market Intelligence

Collect and report market information such as competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches.

Analyze prescription patterns and feedback to adjust sales strategies.

Stay updated on new industry developments, scientific research, and product innovations.

Territory Management
-
Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to efficiently cover the assigned area.

Maintain a database of healthcare professionals and update visit records.

Ensure proper geographical coverage and maximize product exposure.

Events and Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Organize and participate in promotional activities, health camps, seminars, and CMEs.

Coordinate with marketing and product management teams to execute campaigns and workshops.

Set up displays, banners, and presentation kits during events or conferences.

Reporting and Documentation

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager.

Document doctor visits, prescription feedback, and sample distribution.

Use CRM tools or company software for tracking sales and activity records.

Compliance and Ethics

Follow industry regulations, ethical marketing practices, and company policies.

Avoid promoting products off-label or misrepresenting drug information.

Maintain confidentiality regarding doctor relationships and internal company data.
