We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our medical and cosmetic products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Promotion and Sales

Promote the company’s products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Visit healthcare professionals on a daily basis to detail product features and benefits.

Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples, and provide scientific product literature.

Influence doctors to prescribe the promoted products through ethical and persuasive selling techniques.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders.

Follow up regularly with clients to ensure continued support and satisfaction.

Attend to queries, concerns, or complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
3. Territory Management

Manage a defined geographical area and maintain up-to-date records of customers and activities.

Plan daily and weekly schedules and ensure coverage of the assigned territory.

Identify potential new clients and business opportunities within the territory.

Analyze competitor activities and report market intelligence to management.
4. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain daily call reports, samples distributed, feedback received, and appointments in a CRM system or as per company format.

Submit sales and activity reports on time.

Provide accurate forecasts and insights on market trends, competitor behavior, and customer preferences.
5. Product Knowledge and Training

Stay updated with the company’s latest product developments, indications, contraindications, dosages, and other technical aspects.

Attend product training sessions, medical conferences, and sales meetings organized by the company.

Educate healthcare professionals with up-to-date medical and scientific information.
6. Event Participation

Participate in marketing campaigns, health camps, product launches, and doctor engagement events.

Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional strategies.

Represent the company in professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner at all times.
